To enhance customer’s knowledge on Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and Bonded Logistics Center (PLB), CKB Logistics held a socialization program on February 18 and March 8, 2016 at Tiara Meeting Room, TMT Building and Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel and Conference, Jakarta. Iman Sjafei, CKB President Director, Tatang Yuliono, Head of Sub Directorate KITE and TPB of the Indonesia Directorate Customs Facility and Ety Puspitasari, CKB GM Freight and Transport were seen at event as keynote speakers.    

Tatang explained that AEO and PLB, both was government’s program to strengthen Indonesia business in export and import. A company with AEO’s status will received benefit such conveniences and amenities from the Customs and Excise. Moreover, he also said that PLB was part of the government’s economy policy of the Package Volume II issued on September 2015, aiming that Indonesia could reduce logistics cost and problem of dwelling time. Meanwhile, Ety also explained that besides obtaining the AEO status, CKB Logistics was one of the 11 companies selected as PLB’s operator. The company has the necessary requirements ruled by the government such as modern, spacy and high tech infrastructure to accommodate PLB activities.
